Encompass is a web browser for the GNOME Desktop, based on the GtkHTML v2 rendering engine, the soup HTTP library, and other standard GNOME libraries.

     Encompass is currently undergoing a major re-write to use the GtkHTML v2 rendering engine and libsoup. It will be the main testbed for the GtkHTML v2 rendering engine, now that I have taken up maintainership of the library.
